تطبيق «أيتوس للكابتن» (Aetos Driver) تطوّره وتشغّله شركة نسر المتاجر للتسويق الإلكتروني (Nsr Elmtagr for Electronic Marketing LLC)، شركة مصرية ذات مسؤولية محدودة، سجل تجاري 11501 (استثمار الإسماعيلية). للتواصل بخصوص الخصوصية: admin@nsrelmtagr.com.

ماذا يفعل التطبيق

أيتوس مساعد قرار للكابتن يعمل مع تطبيق إن درايف: يقرأ بطاقات الطلبات الظاهرة على شاشتك ويعرض فوقها حكمًا بحسب القواعد التي تكتبها أنت (السعر لكل كيلومتر، أقصى مسافة، الحد الأدنى لتقييم الراكب وعدد رحلاته، عمر الطلب، المناطق). التطبيق للقراءة فقط: لا يضغط أي زر في إن درايف، ولا يقبل أو يرفض أو يفاوض نيابة عنك.

أيتوس تطبيق مستقل: ليس تابعًا لشركة إن درايف ولا معتمدًا منها ولا شريكًا لها. «inDrive» علامة تجارية لمالكها وتُذكر هنا للتعريف فقط. القرار في كل طلب قرارك أنت؛ الحكم المعروض مساعدة إرشادية مبنية على قواعدك وعلى ما يظهر على الشاشة، وقد يخطئ في القراءة.

خدمة إمكانية الوصول (AccessibilityService)

يستخدم أيتوس واجهة AccessibilityService في أندرويد لغرض واحد: قراءة ما يظهر على الشاشة داخل تطبيق إن درايف فقط (سعر الطلب، مسافة الاستلام، تقييم الراكب وعدد رحلاته، عمر الطلب، العناوين المعروضة)، والتقاط صورة لمنطقة الخريطة في شاشة تفاصيل الطلب لقراءة مسافة الطريق وزمنه من ملصقاتها. أيتوس ليس أداة إتاحة لذوي الإعاقة؛ يُعلن ذلك للمستخدم قبل تفعيل الخدمة ويطلب موافقته الصريحة. التطبيق لا يقرأ أي تطبيق آخر ولا يلتقط الشاشة خارج شاشة تفاصيل الطلب في إن درايف.

ما نجمعه وما لا نجمعه

بيانات الطلبات والركاب: تُعالج لحظيًا في ذاكرة هاتفك لإظهار الحكم، ثم تُهمَل. لا تُحفظ على الهاتف بشكل دائم، ولا تُرسل إلى خوادمنا أو أي طرف ثالث. لا نخزّن أسماء ركاب أو أرقام هواتف أو عناوين أو صور شاشة.
لقطات الخريطة: تُقرأ بمحرك تعرّف حروف يعمل داخل الهاتف (Tesseract) وتُحذف فور القراءة. لا تُرفع لأي خادم.
عدّ الحصة المجانية: لحساب عدد الكروت اليومية في الخطة المجانية يحتفظ التطبيق محليًا، ليوم واحد، ببصمة تجزئة قصيرة غير قابلة للعكس (SHA-256) لكل كارت عُلِّم؛ لا تحتوي نصًا ولا يمكن استخراج بيانات الطلب منها، ولا تُرسل للخادم.
قواعدك وإعداداتك (السعر لكل كيلومتر، الحدود، المناطق، اللغة، شفافية الشريط): تُحفظ محليًا على هاتفك فقط، ولا تدخل ضمن النسخ الاحتياطي السحابي (التطبيق يعطّل النسخ الاحتياطي).
تقرير المشكلة (زر العلم في الشريط): يحفظ محليًا آخر 20 تقريرًا تحتوي أرقامًا ورموزًا فقط (السعر، المسافات، التقييم، عدد الرحلات، عمر الطلب، رمز الحالة، عدد المحاولات). لا يحتوي نصًا خامًا ولا صورًا. يُرسل إلى الدعم فقط عندما تضغط أنت على إرسال، عبر تطبيق المراسلة الذي تختاره.
بيانات الترخيص (تُرسل إلى خادمنا): معرّف جهاز مشتق (أول 128 بت من تجزئة SHA-256 لمعرّف أندرويد، لا يمكن عكسها)، رقم نسخة التطبيق، قناة التوزيع، بصمة توقيع التطبيق، كود المسوّق إن أدخلته، لغة الواجهة، ومفتاح الترخيص أو رمز شراء جوجل بلاي عند الاشتراك. الغرض: تشغيل فترة التجربة، والخطة المجانية، والتحقق من الاشتراك، ومنع النسخ المعدّلة. يتصل التطبيق بالخادم مرة كل 12 ساعة تقريبًا وعند التفعيل.
لا نجمع: الموقع الجغرافي، جهات الاتصال، الصور، الميكروفون، معرّف الإعلانات، أو أي بيانات لغرض الإعلانات. التطبيق لا يحتوي على إعلانات ولا أدوات تحليلات أو تتبّع تابعة لأطراف ثالثة. رابط هذه السياسة موجود داخل التطبيق (الشاشة الرئيسية وشاشة الاشتراك).

الأطراف الثالثة

Google Play Billing: الدفع والاشتراك يتمّان عبر جوجل بلاي وفق سياسة خصوصية جوجل. لا نرى بيانات بطاقتك.
Cloudflare: يستضيف خادم الترخيص (Workers وD1). تمرّ طلبات الترخيص عبر شبكة Cloudflare.
Google Play Developer API: نستخدمه للتحقق من صحة اشتراكك (رمز الشراء ورقم الطلب وتاريخ الانتهاء).

الاحتفاظ والحذف

سجل الجهاز على الخادم (المعرّف المشتق، أوقات التحقق، حالة التجربة، سجلات الاشتراك: رمز الشراء ورقم الطلب وتاريخ الانتهاء) يُحتفظ به طوال استخدامك للتطبيق ولمدة 12 شهرًا بعد آخر اتصال للمحاسبة والدعم، ثم يُحذف.
يمكنك طلب حذف سجل جهازك في أي وقت بمراسلة admin@nsrelmtagr.com (اذكر معرّف الجهاز الظاهر في شاشة الاشتراك إن أمكن). حذف التطبيق يحذف كل البيانات المحلية.

الأمان

الاتصال بالخادم عبر HTTPS فقط؛ ردود الخادم موقّعة رقميًا ويتحقق التطبيق منها. لا نطلب صلاحيات سوى: الظهور فوق التطبيقات (لإظهار الشريط)، خدمة إمكانية الوصول (للقراءة)، الإنترنت وحالة الشبكة (للترخيص)، وصلاحية الفوترة الخاصة بجوجل بلاي (للاشتراك). القارئ يوقف نفسه تلقائيًا بعد فترة تختارها بلا إن درايف على الشاشة، ويمكنك إيقافه فورًا من الشاشة الرئيسية.

حقوقك

وفق قانون حماية البيانات الشخصية المصري رقم 151 لسنة 2020 وما يماثله، لك الحق في الاطلاع على بياناتك لدينا وتصحيحها وحذفها والاعتراض على معالجتها وسحب موافقتك (بإيقاف خدمة إمكانية الوصول أو حذف التطبيق). الأساس القانوني لمعالجة بيانات الترخيص هو تنفيذ العقد بيننا (تشغيل التجربة والاشتراك)، ولقراءة الشاشة موافقتك الصريحة داخل التطبيق. الطلبات على admin@nsrelmtagr.com ونرد خلال 30 يومًا.

الأطفال

التطبيق موجّه لكباتن التوصيل البالغين وليس موجّهًا لمن هم دون 18 عامًا.

التغييرات

عند تغيير هذه السياسة نحدّث التاريخ أعلاه وننشر النسخة الجديدة على الرابط نفسه.

Who we are

Aetos Driver is developed and operated by Nsr Elmtagr for Electronic Marketing LLC (شركة نسر المتاجر للتسويق الإلكتروني), an Egyptian limited liability company, commercial register 11501 (Ismailia Investment Registry). Privacy contact: admin@nsrelmtagr.com.

What the app does

Aetos Driver is a decision assistant for ride-hailing captains using the inDrive app. It reads the request cards visible on your screen and shows a verdict over them according to rules you set (price per km, distance caps, minimum rider rating and trip count, request age, areas). The app is read-only: it never taps, accepts, rejects or negotiates on your behalf.

Aetos is independent: it is not affiliated with, endorsed by or partnered with inDrive. “inDrive” is a trademark of its owner and is named here for identification only. Every request remains your decision; the verdict shown is guidance built from your rules and what is on screen, and it can misread.

AccessibilityService

Aetos uses Android’s AccessibilityService API for one purpose: reading what is on screen inside the inDrive app only (request price, pickup distance, rider rating and trip count, request age, the addresses shown) and capturing the map region of the request detail screen to read route distance and time from its labels. Aetos is not an accessibility tool for people with disabilities; this is disclosed to you in the app and your explicit consent is required before the service can be enabled. The app reads no other app and takes no screenshots outside the inDrive request detail screen.

What we collect and what we do not

Request and rider data is processed in your phone’s memory to show the verdict and then discarded. It is never stored persistently and never sent to our servers or any third party. We do not store rider names, phone numbers, addresses or screenshots.
Map captures are read by an on-device OCR engine (Tesseract) and deleted immediately. Nothing is uploaded.
Free-plan counting: to count the daily cards on the free plan, the app keeps locally, for one day, a short irreversible hash (SHA-256) of each card it marked. It contains no text, request data cannot be recovered from it, and it is not sent to the server.
Your rules and settings (price per km, caps, areas, language, bar opacity) are stored locally on your phone only and excluded from cloud backup.
Problem reports (the flag button on the bar): the last 20 reports are kept locally and contain numbers and codes only (price, distances, rating, trips, request age, state code, attempt count). No raw text, no images. A report reaches support only when you tap send, through the messaging app you choose.
Licence data (sent to our server): a derived device identifier (the first 128 bits of an irreversible SHA-256 hash of the Android ID), app version, distribution channel, the app’s signing-certificate fingerprint, a referral code if you entered one, interface language, and your licence key or Google Play purchase token when you subscribe. Purpose: running the trial, the free plan, subscription verification and blocking tampered copies. The app contacts the server about every 12 hours and on activation.
We do not collect: location, contacts, photos, microphone, advertising ID, or anything for advertising. The app contains no ads and no third-party analytics or tracking SDKs.

Third parties

Google Play Billing handles payment and subscriptions under Google’s privacy policy; we never see your card details.
Cloudflare hosts the licence server (Workers and D1); licence requests pass through Cloudflare’s network.
Google Play Developer API is used to verify your subscription (purchase token, order id, expiry).

Retention and deletion

The server-side device record (derived id, verification times, trial state, subscription records: purchase token, order id, expiry) is kept while you use the app and for 12 months after the last contact, for accounting and support, then deleted.
You may request deletion of your device record at any time by emailing admin@nsrelmtagr.com (include the device id shown on the subscription screen if possible). Uninstalling the app deletes all local data.

Security

Server traffic is HTTPS only; server answers are digitally signed and verified by the app. The app requests only: draw over other apps (for the bar), the accessibility service (for reading), internet and network state (for licensing), and Google Play’s billing permission (for the subscription). The reader switches itself off after a period you choose without inDrive on screen, and you can stop it at once from the home screen.

Your rights

Under Egypt’s Personal Data Protection Law No. 151 of 2020 and comparable laws, you may access, correct and delete your data with us, object to its processing and withdraw consent (by disabling the accessibility service or uninstalling the app). The legal basis for licence data is the performance of our contract with you (running the trial and the subscription); for screen reading it is your explicit in-app consent. Requests go to admin@nsrelmtagr.com and are answered within 30 days.

Children

The app is intended for adult ride-hailing captains and is not directed at anyone under 18.

Changes

When this policy changes we update the date above and publish the new version at the same URL.
